‘Twas the night before Christmas, and all across the land,
Not a creature was stirring, not even Steph Curry’s quick hands.
The stockings were hung, by the chimney with care
With dreams of more prosperity, circulating through the air.
2015 was a turbulent year,
Oil prices continued to slide.
The Stock Market was like a roller coaster,
Investors held on for the ride.
The run for the White House is heating up,
Elections run on dough,
It looked like another Bush vs Clinton race,
But Donald Trump stole the show.
Star Wars returned to the big screen,
At the box-office, it was a smash.
The Force is a powerful thing;
For Disney, that means cash.
The Fed increased interest rates.
That’s the first since ’06.
Crisis policy is over;
Team Yellen hopes that’s the fix.
The Warriors are the NBA’s best
Their fast pace took the country by storm
It’s their first title in 40 years
That’s the year our firm was born.
Google got a name change
It’s called Alphabet now.
They’re still the same skilled innovators,
Their aim is to wow.
Cars drive themselves today,
The Sun provides power before dusk.
Batteries will be the next big thing,
We’re keeping an eye on Mr. Musk.
The American spirit is peerless, time-tested and true.
With perseverance and sound leadership, there’s nothing we can’t do.
With crisis brings opportunity, history has shown,
Success through ingenuity, it’s the fabric of our home.
Now, Republicans! Now, Democrats!
Now, Independents and others!
Our American home requires collaboration.
We’re all sisters and brothers.
There’s reason for continued optimism.
Though not every day is fun.
Planet Earth is a complicated place;
We still see plenty of room for this Bull Market to run.
To the top of the porch! To the top of the wall!
Now dash away! Dash away! Dash away all!
